What I didn't like, and didn't encounter but my friend confirmed is what happens, is the "attack therapy". Instead of a year of therapy they smoosh it all into 3 13 hour session in a weekend and I don't think most people can process shit that intense in such an intense manner. ::thumbs up:: (I just wish she hadn't spent so much $) How much was it? It claims that more than 1 million seekers have sat through its basic training, which is offered in seven languages in 20 countries.
I’m sorry I got you all worked up and you can’t relieve yourself.

Are you stuck trying to create additional contents pages for the tables and figures in your document? We’ve already learned how to apply headings styles and create an automatic table of contents.

But what if you’ve got figures and/or tables and you want to show those in the contents pages, too?

If you want to update all captions, doing a Print Preview worked for me. My question is tho, how can one also 'assign' referenced figures '(Fig.4)' in the text to do the same thing - aka change when an image is added above it? In word go to Insert and Cross-ref and assign the ref.

Then Ctrl A and F9 and everything should sort itself out.

That was not clear to me from your question (maybe edit it? To work around the issue you are describing, I always copy an existing image and caption to a new location.

I just have to replace the image with the correct one (and change the caption text).

If you’ve copied the caption text you had previously entered, you can use Control-V to paste it into this box.

To begin, consider the data shown below in Figure 1.

In the resulting Paste Special dialog box shown in Figure 2, choose Paste Link and Unformatted Text.

Lastly, select and update the "Total" formula in the Word document to complete the process, as shown in Figure 3.

If you want to try this procedure on a practice document, open the Word 2007 List of Tables Practice Document.

I have MS Word document which contains around 50 images with caption.
